Unhappy customer

Man oh man, I have had a bad month!! 

I sent out a porcelain trinket box, which was won by a woman that is tormenting me. When she received her item it was chipped. Instead of emailing me and telling me this, she emailed me a nasty email accusing me of fraud!! Long story short, she finally admitted it was done during shipping. She didn’t choose the insurance offered. She sent it back and I told her I would refund her money. I couldn’t do it pay pal so I had to mail her a money order, that she hasn’t received. So she says. So she left me neg. feedback. I am so upset by this. How do I handle customers like this??? The other one, I told her I was sending out her item in a week. She was fine with this, in her email she sent back to me but still left me neg. feedback. Is this going to hurt my eBay rep??? I feel like giving up. How do you please these types of customers?
