I discovered DOLLS! this year! I bought some Barbies and Bratz dolls at the thrift store, bathed them, bought them clothes and fixed them up for my grand daughters.

It was so much fun (who woulda thunk??)  that I did searches for some of the dolls I had when I was little. Ginny, Muffie, Patty PlayPal, Chatty Cathy, Barbie and then the dolls my sisters had! Saucy's, Tiny Tears, wow! There are dolls I never heard of, just waiting to be discovered! I fell in love with Baby Face dolls and 32" dolls and now I am a collector!

I love restoring the dolls-so much fun to find a sad and neglected doll covered with dirt at a thrift store or garage sale, and clean her up, fix her hair and dress her up: and she becomes new and lovely again!

 This has been a wonderful and therapeutic year and I have met so many fun people on the doll Boards and groups.

Then I became enamored of Himstedt dolls and Tonner dolls and reborns!

If I win the lottery, I think I will buy every Himstedt and Ellowyne and Pru doll and maybe LOTS of reborns! First, like Demi Moore, I need a house just for the dolls!!!
