Sprucing things up a bit.Posted Sep-03-07 16:23:22 PDT Updated Sep-03-07 16:27:26 PDT I have been working on the image for my logo and on my about me page for quite awhile. It is a watercolor and digital hybrid and I love it. I like using the two together but if you start traditionally and finish digitally, you have no original. Yes....I know...opinion on this varies widely and it is the issue that is holding up my guide on digital art. I dont want to hurt anyone ...I suppose the answer might be to ask a serious collector how they feel about only having a print available. I as a collector...semi serious, dont like it. I want the original for collecting. A print is great for decorating. I would love to write more but they are closing my street tomorrow for maintenance so I have to stay the night with my sister if I am going to get my girls to school in the morning. Maybe I will edit later if I can get online at her place...might not be able to grab a signal. Maybe can try dial up for the evening. Or just use her computer. By the way...I have something not art related coming up soon...new gold jewelry at just a bit above scrap as the starting bids. I ofcourse will be following all moral and ebay as well as EBSQ rules to the best of my ability. I hope you browse, bid and enjoy.
