i bought a nice phone from mobilexl.  shipped very quick.  it would not work on my system cingular.  it was a t-mobile phone.  i returned it and they desided to refund my money.  i haveto leave positive feedback to get the refund.  i did and had no problem with it.  now it is 2 weeks later and still no refund.  they answer email everyother day.  told me teh refund will come in 24-48 hours.  paid with paypal.  if they refund through paypal they will get their fees back.  DON'T BUY A PHONE THAT IS NOT ON YOUR SYSTEM GET THE IMEI NUMBER FIRST.
