Refunds and respect

I am very easy to deal with and feel the buyers should always be treated with respect. I honor all transactions until the customer is 100% HAPPY! If an item is not as advertised, doesn't fit or just plain doesn't arrive in a reasonable amount of time I will refund all payments including shipping charges. I'm not here to get rich, I just like making people happy by putting them together with great items! There should never be a need for negative feedback unless someone is just being mean for no reason. I will follow through on every transaction with the utmost respect and attention to details.

I love to treat people just exactly how I would like to be treated1 I made a big mistake once regarding feedback and my hot head, but worked through it and now I have my 100% feedback restored! and a new friend in Amsterdam!!
