I'd really like for you to reply to my email, i ordered the Jeff Dunham 2DVD set on December 26th, and I've yet to receive it. You received payment, and to date I've emailed you three times,and phoned you three times as well, your voice mailbox is full for some reason. Your page said "feedback does NOT take the place of a phone call or an email" ( I paraphrased it)what is a person to do when you dont reply to either? I just wanted to know when this item was actually SHIPPED to me!If u'd be so kind as to check into this for me, I dont want to have to take it to Paypal or Ebay but i wont be taken advantage of either. i see some negative comments here...mmmm.i too would like to know just exactly when my product was shipped (if it truly was?).you've had the money since the beginning of jan but i have nothing...what's wrong with this picture?i didn't appreciate being reported for leaving negative feedback either.what happened to the idea that the customer is always right?i guess that doesn't apply on ebay.if you can't stand the heat(negatives)stay out of the kitchen.i'm now pretty convinced that you have my money and i will end up with nothing to show for it.have a nice day.

I ordered and paid for the complete season's 1-4 back on Dec 27/07...today is Feb 13/08 and have yet received the product.. i know that it take's about 4wks from the States to get into Canada put i've since order another item on ebay from the states and received that order about 10days' after payment via regular mail..please take a look into the status of this order...

I ordered a photoshop elements book in OCTOBER of 2007 and gave you plenty of time for shipping to Canada. When I asked about why I hadn't received it in December, you said it was damaged in shipping and would send me another, but didn't have it in until December 28th. AGAIN, I gave you reasonable amount of time before contacting you. IN January, I asked again and you said it still wasn't in and you offered a refund, which I said I would gladly take. ThIS is where the communication stopped. I have emailed many times and tried to call and received NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER!!! I am extremely disappointed that I did my part as a patient, understanding customer and trusted that you would be professional.. it's people like you that cause customers to mistrust and give online shopping a bad name. But, I guess after reading all these comments, I see that I am not the only one you have treated poorly.

hi... i ordered house m.d. season 3 and theres a problem with the disks. there are two of disk 5 and no disk four. i have tried to emial you mutliple times and tried to contact you by phone but nothing yet. i was wondering how we can fix this problem or if i can do a return and get a refund because it is not what i payed for. some sort of contact back would be nice. thank you.
