Archive - November 2007 NovemberPosted Nov-07-07 01:29:02 PST It has finally turned cold. The monkeys now spend most of their time huddled around the heater rather than playing in the garden. This month we have some very rare monkeys coming up. We have a Rockstar one, a fisherman and a school boy and school girl monkey. If you know someone who is a Kipling fan then we have some great items for you which would make Christmas presents. The monkeys have lots of different names so its usually possible to find a monkey with that name. Especially if it is Matt as we have got around 10 of these at the moment. With Christmas fast approaching it is important to note that we will not be selling at all over the festive period. Our last listings will end around mid December and we will not be listing further till the new year. If your buying from us from the end of November onwards it is important to note the last posting dates according to Royal Mail. For Asia, Southern American countries and Australia/New Zealand it is 7th December. For USA, Canada and Eastern Europe it is 10th December and for Western Europe it is 13th December. For the UK it 14th December for very large items sent as parcels and 17th December for all other mail. In past experience sending stuff outside of UK a few days later that the last posting date for that country doesn't make much difference and it still gets there in time for Christmas but then again it may not. You should also note that we can not go to the post office every day and Royal Mail has been subject to strikes and there may be further strikes at Christmas if the Unions are not happy with agreements made which will make last posting dates worthless. For this reason it is important to pay for items as soon as possible to give as much time as possible for it to get there. If you need something before Christmas then please pay straight away. Any items not paid for or payment recieved by around 20th December will not be posted until around the second week of January so please bear that in mind when buying stuff from us in December. Addtionally please note that due to the large volumes of cards and presents (hopefully all mine!) in the mail system that all mail will be slowed down and make take longer to reach you. We apologise in advance for this and hope you understand its not our fault and be patient for your parcel. |
