Most Recent Posts My first negative feedback! Part 2Posted Jul-22-08 09:41:01 PDT Updated Jul-23-08 09:39:43 PDT I sold a USED Microsoft Wireless Mouse. I listed it as USED. There were
no scratches. It works great! Buyer sends me an email saying he's giving me 2 days to give him a NEW ONe. He wants a
BRAND NEW one or he's reporting me to ebay! So, I emailed the buyer back that I am sorry for the inconvenience and pointed out that the item was listed as used and if he's not happy with it, return it to me and I will either exchange it or refund his money. Ofcourse he didn't respond as he knew that he didn't read the part of the listing where it says USED and he's RUDELY demanding for a BRAND NEW ITEM without returning the 1st item!!! BTW, did I mention that the buyer's ID is KOOLKEN. Apparently, he's not very cool! So, sellers BEWARE! So, a day later, with no responses from not so cool "KOOLKEN." He left me a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! Saying that the item was not clean! *sigh* Apparently, he does not want to return the item, as I requested, so I can refund his money. Maybe he just wants to spite me knowing sellers can't leave negative feedbacks anymore. Anyways, I reported the incident with EBAY Customer service. That's all I can do right? I mean I can't just send him a 2nd item without getting the 1st one back. Maybe that's what he was expecting? Things happen. Oh well... |
