Most Recent Posts 05-25-2008Posted May-25-08 08:56:33 PDT I gave up going to one of my friends son's H.S. graduation last weekend as it involved 10 hours of driving round trip and once I figured the cost of gas I ended up staying home... The refrigerator I'm going to buy for his college dorm this Fall will cost less than the gas would have cost for the trip. I do not want my life controlled by gas prices... Consumer Report tells us not to trade our gas guzzling cars in if we have only owned them 3 years... guess what? Yep, only had mine 3 years and it won't be paid off until one year from this month. So, I've decided to start selling every little thing in my home that I never used after buying, or used but is still in great shape and could benefit someone else. I'm going to pay off the credit card debt and start smacking Sallie Mae around with extra payments, so that it won't matter when gas becomes $5 a gallon. So, if you have a question about a product or need an extra photo to get a better idea of what I'm selling... let me know! |
