What a post! What does this have to do with ebay selling or buying? Sounds like someone is trying to start a rukus again. We really don't need that. As a southerner that I'm sure you feel superior to, I refuse to stoop to your level of hatemongering. If I did, I would imagine you are quite insecure or why would you have to toot your own horn? Is there nothing positive in your life that all you can do is try to keep bringing up past problems, which you were not around for? Yes, I was raised in the south. My ancestors came here in the 1600's to escape religous persecution. We've worked hard all our lives for what we have, none of our family ever owned a slave.
And by the way-shows how much you really know about what happened- slaves where originally brought in through the North.
I think slavery was wrong. But I think the history books have focused on that because it keeps the real truth from being told. Shartey is right!
