Most Recent Posts An Emotionally Draining DayPosted Aug-16-08 22:20:30 PDT I'm now home from the hospital. My Dad had a heart attack while camping this morning and was rushed to the Scottsburg hospital. From there he was flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis (to be where his doctors did his kidney transplant in '06). I can't say enough about the awesome doctors and nurses who are treating him. He had a blockage in his main artery (over 90%). They placed a stent and he is doing incredibly well. His kidney specialist met us there and has given us the good news that his kidney is fine. He is resting tonight and being watched over by my sisters until I can get back in the morning. I had to bring my girl home and tend to our little dog or I would still be there. He was very lucky. I'm not a religious person, but I've spent the day thanking God for letting me keep my only living parent. Any prayers you can send will be greatly appreciated!!! Very simply put, it says that your thoughts and actions create your reality. If you have negative thoughts and even voice those, what the universe brings back is more of the same. On the flip side, if you have positive thoughts and freely use positive affirmations and voice your gratefulness to the universe, what you get in return is more abundance, happiness, prosperity and wealth than you can imagine. Just think about it! Wouldn't it be worth it just to try it out and see what happens!! You can't imagine how much happier you'll be with all of that positive thinking! I'm in the process of starting a blog right now and my own website dedicated to helping people out there like me who are looking for a better way of life and want to help others in their quest.
