Most Recent Posts Have we forgottenPosted Mar-25-08 13:04:02 PDT We now do business with a company that has become a corporate giant and like most giants, it is in-flexible and tends to see thing in black & white. If it doesn't fit into pre-determined then the problem doesn't exist. You might be wondering what my ramblings are about. I have 2 neg feedbacks; the first I got from an unscroupulous car dealer because I had the nerve to give a neg for a car that was literally, a wreck. My most recent comes from a seller that I gave a neutral feedback for listing quick shipping (my item took 16 days to arrive even though we live in the same state) and over a week to get responses to email I sent. She retaliated with a neg to me. Ebay didn't seem to see anything wrong with that. I did. How can it be that a buyer can pay on time and do everything in their power to ensure a smooth transaction and be still given a neg by a seller. I forgot to mentioned that this seller contacted me several times by email asking me to withdraw my neutral feedback. I declined so here I am stuck with a neg. I'm sure a lot of us have similar horror stories, I just wish thing could be like they used to be. Feel free to share and comment about tis topic.Bill |
