SHE IS PROBABLY SLEEPING TOO LONG DURING THE DAY. GOING IN EVERY TEN MINTUES AND HAVING HER SEE YOU IS A BAD IDEA. YOUR JUST RESTARTING HER UP. I HAD THREE KIDS AND I'M TELLING YOU GETTING THEM INTO A ROUTINE IS HELL. MOM YOU GOT TO BE BRAVE. MAKE SURE HER DAILY NAPS ARE NOT TOO LONG, MAKE SURE SHE GETS HER NAPS, AND WHEN IT'S BED TIME PUT HER DOWN AND SINCE YOU KNOW SHE IS SAFE LET HER CRY IT OUT, WITHIN A WEEK SHE WILL GET INTO A ROUTINE. IT'S HELL I KNOW. HEARING THEM CRY MAKES YOU WANT TO GO IN AND CHECK IN ON THEM BUT THAT'S THE WRONG THING TO DO. JUST STARTS THEM RIGHT BACK UP HUGS FROM ONE MOM TO ANOTHER

yep, she ends up in my bed but still wines most of night. she had heart surgery so the cardiologist said to make sure and check on her when i let her cry that long. she has cried 5 hours before at a time. my first slept with me as well and i am glad to get her in her own bed. she doesn't sleep long during the day only two cat naps.

Okay, what kind of milk are you feeding her? My one baby cried like that and I changed the formula. And if your breast feeding it could be something you are eating that does not agree with her.

And yes It could be that her ears are hurting as well. My hubby never liked the kids sleeping with us, but they are only kids for alittle while, why not snuggle up with them!

Infants tylenol works good for pain, could use one dose at night right before bedtime.

Even if she is not running a fever she may still have ear infection, signs are crying, red rash on the cheeks, pulling at a ear or both, coughing, runny nose, dont want to eat and they usually have a fever but my son when he was about 10 months old had a double ear infection and I finally took him to the doc and he definatly was a sick child, never had a fever!

I HAVE TWINS AND THEY ARE 6 MONTHS OLD NOW..SLEEP ALL NIGHT FROM 7:00 TO 7:00..JEALOUS? LOL. JUST KIDDING. LET ME TELL YOU SOME THINGS I HAVE DONE TO GET TO THIS POINT. FOR ONE, I DO HAVE A ROUTINE. WE EAT, TAKE A BATH, BOTTLE, THEN BED. I HAVE WHAT IS CALLED A "SOUND MACHINE" IN THEIR ROOM. IT PLAYS RAIN, OCEAN SOUNDS, BIRDS CHIRPING, ETC. GOT AT TARGET FOR $30 BUCKS. MINE LIKE THE RAIN SOUND. IT MUFFLES OUT THE OUTSIDE SOUNDS IN MY HOUSE. YOURS MAY BE TEETHING LIKE MINE SO I HAVE FOUND THAT "FLEECE" CRIB SHEETS ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST!! NOT ONLY DOES IT ABSORB THE SLOBBER BUT THEY LOVE THE SOFTNESS. THERE HAS TO BE A REASON AS TO WHY YOURS IS UNCOMFORTABLE SO I THINK THAT MAYBE IF YOU DO THE SOUND MACHINE AND THE FLEECE SHEETS THAT YOU MAY JUST GET SOME MUCH NEEDED REST!! GOOD LUCK AND EMAIL ME AT ANY TIME. jenn_kb05@yahoo.com
