Yes....in retirement for now!

hahaha....have completely stopped all bids and now in the process to get rid all the items. And have to say that it was fun while it lasts but at the same time experienced some unhappy moments too esp when there are any disputes esp with the payment.

when the problem lays with paypal....due to seller's fault of getting their account suspended due to non-payment for their account at ebay or paypal. in the end....quite worth the trouble of running around to solve these disputes with not much help from ebay and paypal. Not user-friendly esp when having problems for both ebay and paypal.

Calling it a day

Yes...3 more outstanding bids and I will called it a day here in ebay. After 3 months.......and some headaches with only one seller, plus the fact I didn't really do an inventery of all the items that I have bought and rec'd...I better stopped bidding for the moment.

Wife is complaining that I have got a room full of boxes and items...and that I am spending too much time cleaning and looking at the stuffs. So...until I get rid of most of them, I have to think of a way to do that.

My first intention when I first started here was to bid for a rolex watch...I got it within 2 days then I got my Tag Heuer watch after that. Then I was thinking to get watches for my wife and kids.....followed by for friends and relatives....then got carried away for bidding for my working mates and so on. I end-up with nearly 170 watches which more than half are still with me hahaha.

Then....come the sunglasses, just was talking about the ones the celebs are wearing. So started with some for my kids....also got carried away again with more than 150 pairs. Again with half of that in my car or in my store room hahaha.

Last one was with the jewelery....my Malay friend's children is getting married soon, and she was telling me she is looking to buy jeweleries for them, so as usual....started small but again get carried away and end-up with at least 200 items...from rings, bracelets, necklaces to earrings.

In all...I didn't do any inventery or count how much did I spent because the bills from the credit cards are still on it's way. Should be pretty clear in a month's time hahaha. For now, best to let the dust settled.

Ebay on-line shopping can be an addict thing. My advice is to budget your purchases and do a count as you go along with it.

Will stop bidding soon.

Wah....after nearly 3+ months and over 500 items bidded and bought, I am going to call it a day. On the whole experience....I have my "up" and "down" moments, the lucky part is that there are more "up" than "down" moments.

Still....got to say that ebay support group "sucks", very disappointed with them. Maybe that is the way some people work, hoping that problems/disputes will go away after awhile. If that is the case....then ebay can get rid of them why not save up the money and pass the saving to the sellers or give to the charities.

Passed the 500 items

Guessed...this has signal the end of all my bidding soon until I can clear off the items.

About to give up bidding

Yes! about to lose my interest as it is not really worth all the troubles and money with the many problems faced and poor support from ebay or paypal whenever there is any problem.

The site is not user-friendly when have problem or dispute!
