I am just shocked at the arbitrary and irresponsible policies that PayPal operates under.  It is giving Ebay a bad name, since it is owned by so closely identified with Ebay.

PayPal has a deaf ear to seller concerns regarding complaints of non-receipt. It refuses to accept legitimate and legal forms of proof of receipt.  This is becoming a HUGE problem for Ebay.

If any of you out there has been burned by PayPal, PLEASE file a complaint with your state’s Attorney General and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

PayPal will not listen to us as individuals, but maybe if enough people complain to our government agencies, they will be forced to pay attention.  Thanks for reading this.
