Tonight, for the second time this month, an item I was bidding on was awarded to a much lower bid even though I had a much higher max bid. When I contacted ebay to dispute the awarding of the item for a much lower bid than mine- I was informed that ebay will not for any reason overturn the awarding of the item even if it was their mistake , and cannot even seem to find the problem or my max bids, even though ebay was automatically bidding for me. If ebay does not change their policy and fix the problem I will be forced to take my business to a better auction service. This problem and their response is unsatisfactory and cost the sellers a lot of lost revenue and wastes the buyers time tracking and bidding on items they will not win.
