This is my first blog entry after my suspension from eBay was lifted. I just want to say that the way eBay has treated me is down right awful. I am glad to be back selling on eBay but they have lost a die-hard fan as I have a very very bitter taste in my mouth about the attitude of the Vero department and the way they operate.

I will blog more about my experience tomorrow as I dont want any seller to suffer as I have done.

I am working on the listing for Photoshop - The Definitive Masterclass Volume 2 - and it has got me thinking about how I sell on eBay these days. When I first started out in late 2004 I really did not know much about how eBay worked and everything was very much new, exciting, and a bit of a buzz. My listings from the get-go were not bad looking. I have never stuck with the standard listing template and I have always done my own thing, which now is copied time and again by my competitors on eBay. So I guess I must be doing something right :)

I started out with my first Pro Actions Kit which was then followed up by the Grad Pack, Designing Wedding Albums, Tips and Techniques Volume 1, Photo Edge Fx, Tips & Techniques Volume 2, etc Even just wih a few products these were exciting times on eBay because I pretty much had the whole place to myself. However these days there are more and more copycat sellers out there which I guess is good for you the customer but not so great for us sellers because we are all fighting for the same business.

So competition is fierce and prices are low, but I look at this as a positive because it makes me work even harder, as I want you to have the best Photoshop Training and Actions Software, and having bought a lot of my competitors items to see what they are like, I am safe in the knowledge that my products will stand the test of time as being created properly and packaged to the highest standards. I also now offer the best after-sales support in the business and give out as much free advice as I can afford too. I love my job, and I love Photoshop. So if you are ready this blog and are thinking about purchasing, then go for it, you wont be disappointed in any way.
