was going to say a garlic press or an iron skillet (already seasoned) but the gift certificate sounds like a really good idea, they can pick what they want from their fav store ...!

BUY THEM A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT ,SENTIMENTAL THINGS. PERHAPS A BABY TREE FOR THEM TO PLANT AND WATCH THROUGH OUT THE YEARS. THE THROWS AT THE 'REMEMBER' STORE IN ALL THE MALLS ARE BEAUTIFUL-THEY STICH THE COUPLES NAMES ON THE THROW. VERY NICE. GOOD LUCK. JOEYROSE
