Hello to all that view this page . i felt i needed to discuss my one and only negative feedback here so that other potential bidders will have a full explanation of this unfortunate negative feedback left for me.

if you research the item number of the negaitive  you will see that i was selling a navy blue chanel bag.

in my newness to ebay i did what i was supposed to do ... she won the auction... she paid via paypal.. i left her great feedback.... she received the item and claimed a color difference... she was NOT complaining about the bags authenticity or the condition of my item.

she left negative feedback after  she took her case to paypal

PayPal has since investigated this claim and has deemed this case CLOSED .

According to paypal there was not enough to base her claims of color variation

its a shame that a new seller like myself has to be so defensive about my items

I realize that i am going to have to prove myself here on ebay

 i feel that by giving you the whole story on the negative feedback you will see my side as well.
