The Postal Service claimed that the package was under-paid and over-weight when in actual fact, THIS WAS NOT TRUE. In the rare occurrence this happens to you, this is what you'll have to do to remove the charges and receive your package safely! : + Go to the post office that is holding your item
+ When the postal worker retrieves your package, ask them to weight it again and check if it fits through a letterbox (using the Letterbox Checker)
+ When they tell you the weight (89-91g) and shows it goes through the letterbox tell them the following: "The package is 10g under the maximum weight of 100g for a Large Letter and as it fits through the letterbox, there is no need to pay these additional charges." + All of my postal charges are paid for in FULL and sent with only the strongest, highest quality packaging to ensure you receive your item in supreme condition.
We apologise for the inconvenience already caused to 2 of our customers which is why we have created this warning for our future customers!
Thankfully not the entire postal force are unable to read the scales so 99% of our customers won't experience this problem.
We wish to bring all our customers attention to these warnings as it is handy knowledge and you never know when you need to use it during other transactions. Thanks again,
