Feedback changes unfair to sellers-leads to abuse now by buyers

EBay has made a huge error with this change I think. I have been with eBay for 9 years with a 100% perfect sellers feedback record. Since this change I have had some buyers refuse to pay and when I say I will have to file a NPB they threaten me with negative if I do. Thanks to this new system sellers are paralyzed by having no way to defend ourselves and are at the mercy of buyers. In the past if I had a problem with a buyer I could check their feedback to see if they had a history of this and how best to approach it. Now everyone is an angel if you are a buyer. Its like they have opened the prison doors and let everyone free to run rampant on eBay with a clean record saying you will never be held accountable again with feedback. What does this lead too, anarchy in the buyers world. If eBay was an actual town I think many sellers could find themselves sitting in a bunker paranoid to even stick their heads out there as we have no clue what is lurking in the shadows with some of these buyers. In short this change could potentially paralyze half the community. If your employer allowed you to be abused by others at work you would leave. EBay might be getting buyers back, but you might start loosing sellers over this feedback issue.
