IT Supply in Ireland The good the bad and the ugly

If you have had any major issues dealing with a company or service provider let others know. From what I hear and find lately is that Irish companies are loosing sight of who is the customer. As soon as there is an issue or a question outside of the norm they hide away hoping it will resolve itself.

I find the same with some large suppliers. They give a lead time and fail to deliver, I then have to get in touch with my customer to advise on the delay and any action I am taking but can I get hold of my account manager to get the information to pass on. Only option this gives me is find another supplier who knows how to deal with customers and understands the need to update if lead times etc are going to be missed.

Not to just look at the bad, let us know if you have been really happy with someone and they way they looked after you.

Cheers,
Paul.
