I made a best offer to a seller, she accepted, I paid, and then she wanted out because she said she made a mistake.  First she says she sold the item months ago and it was a mistake listing, then she said she found it and wanted my physical address, then she said she talked to her powerseller rep and they said she doesn't have to sell if she made a mistake and work it out with me.  We spoke on the phone, she was threatening me to go away peacefully and if I leave a negative feedback she will retaliate.  Now I am blocked from receiving her newsletter or bidding on her items, and I haven't done anything wrong!!  I am also blocked from another account from bidding which must be a secondary account for her.  I am very upset that she has not tried to negotiate a solution and she is attacking and blackmailing me and now blocking me from even bidding or receiving newsletters????   I can't even get my paypal refund until funds clear her bank 7-10 days.............what can I do??
