Famous Females Series

 Hi Everyone!

I still need lots more suggestions, so please keep 'em coming!

Or feel free to post a comment about anything that's on your mind at the moment...

Thanks so much to the people who gave me suggestions for the FAMOUS FEMALES that they would like to see included in the new series I've just started listing. You came up with some amazing ideas! I can't wait to paint them!  I'm having BIG fun with these tiny mosaics.  Does anyone else out there have a favorite female (or a bunch of favorite females) to add to my to-do list. Any questions? Concerns?       Thanks again,       Kay

Here are a few more: Scarlet O'Hara in those green drapes, Elizabeth Taylor as Cleopatra, Audrey Hepburn as Holly Go Lightly, Madonna as Evita, etc. If I think of more, I'll post again.

I really like your famous females. Who is next? Bonnie Parker from Bonnie and Clyde? How about some political women - Hillary Clinton, Eleanor Roosevelt?

Hi there Kay! I got a few more famous ladies for you again today, what about Lucille Ball, I just love her, such a great funny gal she was, especially in I love Lucy.Let me see,do you like Audrey Hepburn? I like her a lot too, she was such a great actress, elegant and classy lady too.I don't know if you want to try bad girl, Paris Hilton and pop princess Britney Spears...I don't know about this idea,it's up to you after all to include them in your serie or not, these girls are so wild, and they have that very bad girl image, but well, what can I say? They're FAMOUS...lol, I bet ya, that would sell them.LOL...I know I would bid on them myself and try to win them if I can...lol..:)Thank you for visiting and readin ' me and leaving me a nice feedback.I do appreciate a lot, Kay...Take care of yourself now and Happy painting to you! I talk to you later on again, Dorian

Great minds think alike! Marilyn Monroe is making her appearence tomorrow--Sunday, May 6th! Thanks so much for these latest ideas...and for posting on this blog. A couple of people have emailed me with really good ideas, and very nice comments about the 'Females'. This is my first blog, and I had no expectations as to how it would go. So, we shall see. In the meantime...Thank you again to ALL who have left comments, both on this blog and on my email!!! Kay

I love the Rosa Parks! I think the mermaid of Pastrow looks like Ally McBeal. Anyone else see the resemblance??

Hi Kay,
I just recently discovered your ACEO art! Wow! Love it. I like the idea of famous ladies. (I already am watching a few and plan to bid.) Since the series "The Tudors" is so popular on cable now, what about Anne Bolen? Or Henry VIII and her as a set?? That would be great!
Queen Elizabeth I, Joan of Arc, Sacajawia (spelled wrong, but hopefully you know who I mean :o) ), Juliet (and maybe "her Romeo"), etc., etc. As you can tell, I am a history buff and would love to make a collection to arrange and have in my house. Actually, any and all of your famous ladies would be a GREAT collection. Hope to see more!
Thanks for your wonderful work!

Thanks everyone! Now that you mention it, I do see some resemblance to both those women! Also, to AFM: Queen Elizabeth I and Sacajawea both just recently sold. I'm sorry you missed them:( I do want to paint Anne Boyelyn and Joan of Arc and Juliet! I agree that some of these women would be great in a set with their mates! Someone emailed me with the cool idea of a line called Classic Couples or Popular Pairs. Maybe I'll do that next. Again, thanks to everyone! Kay

I'm sorry I missed them too! But I would love to get a few of your "Classic Couples", if you decide to do a series! I'll keep my eyes open for those. Another would be Jackie Kennedy.
