Interesting how this "blog" gadget works...

Not much time to play with it today... life a bit too busy right now... but, this is a start.

Still trying to figure out how many of the Store features function, but we've had it for a year as of last month.

The bane of our computer experiences has been the viruses & the nasty things that they can do to one's computer.

With our recent computer problems, we were knocked off-line for about 2 weeks & it cost a lot of $$$ to get back...

the repair guy traced the problem's source  to one of those game sites that our normally computer-savy teen son visited !

So now I'm whining, because a big chunk of last week went to getting things shipped out late to our customers...

And, I absolutely to be late shipping things !!!!

To make it worse, the computer went down right after I listed a couple of things & had checked out what Sold items needed to ship, but before writing my labels for what was shipping to whom... couldn't even follow my Auctions to see if things were selling or if potential Buyers had questions... AND, worst of all, a couple of things were already over a week overdue to ship because of  a couple of  family problems & we couldn't get email to OR from any one until the computer guy got here, and he was delayed an extra 4 days getting to us because he lives way out in the boondocks about 25 miles north of here & the storm that dumped 22 inches of snow on us dumped a lot more on him (maybe you saw our area on the CNN & FOX news) & he has a real-world job too, so the computer stuff is a sideline.   Of course, my husband & I got to do all of the snow removal without help from our big strong tall teen, because he was required to keep his foot elevated following the surgery that he had the day before the blasted storm hit.   Well, I put extra goodies into every late package & pretty much spent every waking hour that I wasn't at my real job working on getting the stuff mailed out. 

So, now I'm hoping & praying that my customers who received their stuff after a ridiculously long wait will be so satisfied with their purchases & the extra goods that I gave them that they will leave Positive Feedback.     It took me years to build my good reputation on eBay, (with my only one ever Negative being from an eBay Newbie who typed in how cute the hat was & that she'd buy from me again). 

So, on a much brighter note, I'm finally caught up & able to explore this blog feature today a little bit...

and today's paper had a listing of adult evening classes coming up to learn more computer skills...

looking forward to figuring out more of these computer things... like: what is an RSS article footer?, guess I got one with this blog thing, so I want to find out what it is... eBay had a description to click on, but it was written using a bunch of computer terms & it might as well be in sanskrit for all that I could understand of it... LOL !!!

For quite a while now I've been hearing about these blog things... still learning computer skills, about 95% self-taught, so trying out a blog today... friend said to just express myself...OK... thanks to eBay for the opportunity to do so
