I found it in the community forums/discussion boards. It helps sellers calculate eBay and PayPal fees so they can figure how much they want to charge for their items. I wish I would have known about this!!!! L'Amuse BouchePosted Jun-30-07 23:35:54 PDT I just opened up my eBay store on 6/24 and I am excited, and a bit intimidated. My family and I are moving mid July and that's when I will start plumping up my inventory. I don't know how the last few stores I visited do it! There is just sooo much information available just to revise a listing! I am going to put foodstuffs into my inventory but that will be in a month's time. I have to renew my Serv Safe certification with the state of Texas and make sure my new kitchen is up to code for making and really, just baking cookies and the like. So much to do. I really feel like my head is in a spin. I saw one store I really love that has all of this European fare. Pretty cool. I am still figuring out shipping and handling. One of my fave sellers has .99 cent shipping for EVERYTHING! I think after I sell a few items, I'll get a better idea of what to charge in general. The previous, someone outbid me last minute (which I hate but happens). I only had to pay $1 more than the previous auction sold the book for. But as I've said before, I hate last second bidders! |
