Just look at the time! I have been painting for hours today and just loving every minute of it and suddenly it's gone midnight and I'm sitting here covered in paint (and Weetabix - Don't Ask!!!) Anyone else lose track of time when they are just lost in a Painting? Oh well, I'd better jump in the shower and remove the grime - Off to work in a few hours! Have a Blessed day all

"I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free" - This is such a beautiful quote by Michelangelo and one that means a lot to me this month. As you all know my precious daughter has recently undergone some major surgery and thanks to the work (sculpture???!!!???) of an amazing surgeon and his team at the University Hospital of Wales, she too has been set free - just like Michelangelo's Angel! I have been absent a while from blogging and from up dating my me page - My most precious daughter, Annie, has been unwell for a little while and has needed some major surgery - Well I am so pleased to let you all know that she is now well on the way to recovery. She is still in the hospital and receiving amazing care but the Lord willing, she will soon be back home with us. I just want to say a HUGE "Thank You" to you all - to you many beautiful people here on ebay who have supported us through this tough time - you truly are amazing. Your messages, and your prayers have been the kind of medicine that we as her family needed! I will never forget you all. Thank You Thank You Thank You!

I am on such a high today as last night Bruce Springsteen came to Wales for the very first time and I was there!!! I have seen this great artist so many times but last night he seemed to be at his best! He played for over 3 hours non stop and I am left with ringing ears and a soaring heart! Just about to paint myself a sign with those great words "Tramps like us...Baby we were born to run" Just for me! Have a Blessed Sunday everyone!
