California State Fair Goers Go Collector Crazy Over USPS DC Comics Stamps!

From the October 2006 Pacific Area Update, an internal magazine of the USPS, comes the following article on activities at the California State Fair this year:

The California State Fair is one of a few State Fairs in the nation to house an actual working Postal Office on the grounds!
