You'll Never Know Who You Meet While In Line....
At The SDCC Comic Con International!
As we don't set up at the Comic Con International with a dealer booth, we are among the 125,000 others attendees that wait in line to get in each morning for that day's programs and exhibit hall hours.
One of the fun things is to greet others that we only see once a year from outside of the San Diego area, because they are once again coming to the Comic Con!
Then again, by the luck of the draw, we meet new people each year also while we have an early breakfast in line waiting for the doors to open.
(We get there early so as to park in the underground structure that has verrrry limited parking spaces!)
Last year's Comic Con we met several people, including one 39 year old AlexBright.
Alex is a writer and film maker as well as being a producer, co-creator and co-writer of the Imperialis Tellus Comic Book.
He told us of his work with Daniel R Kirk Jr (Dan) and shared the Project Bible with us while waiting...
As of the latest entries that I can find when googling Alex, I see that he is trying to take the comic book format and translate it to a TV Show or Film similar to Battlestar Galactica.
If we run across Alex this year, we'll be sure to blog further on this subject...
The above story is blogged today to let you know that you never know who you will meet while in line.... and that if you are friendly and greet someone you may have get to have 'line buddies' that you can find again during hard to get into programs!
And with 125,000 other attendees around during the week, that is a very important thought to keep in mind when standing in line at this or any other Comic Con!
