Listing's with Too Many Disclaimers

I just looked at an auction listing that had 2 lines of description about the item and 2 pages of policies and disclaimers in big blue & red letters with lots of exclamation points.   I lost interest in bidding about halfway through them.

I understand sellers' concerns about problems with buyers but some sellers end up sounding totally paranoid.

I never bid on auctions that have two pages of disclaimers. I would rather have a more detailed description. Is hubyy enjoying his company? Good Morning!

Good morning, anna. They played 12 hours of video games yesterday...today will be all fishing, if they can pry the game controllers out of their hands.

Morning to you manickats! Morning anna & foxtail! I might have too much in my information. oops! Please take a look and tell me, but I am getting at least if not more than one 0 feedback bidder a week who wins & never pays or responds! It is downright disheartening! (((((((Hugs))))))))))))))Elf

I hate those kinds of listings. Most of the stuff the write is either uninforceable (sp?) or is a standard ebay rule anyway.
The only disclaimer I have added to my listings is that my patterns are my own original designs and are not sold. Even that doesn't stop that one lady from selling a near exact copy of my bed.

i wounder if you can put the fees to advertise the items on the people that are not paying for the items my disputes are up way up since you cant put bad feed back on them even though given finale fees back still cost me to re list and all items had bids on them before the people ever got in "pe od" to say the least . it is Sunday so God bless them because we should forgive however eBay blesses us with a min, of 30 cents just to re list . have a nice day.

if they don't pay, you can get your fees back.

I won't go into individual listings but a company policy should be enforceable and stated in one simple paragraph.

Hi, dds and everybody. NPB's cost us all money and increases our price to make up for it. Brick & mortar stores lose lots of money on shoplifting. We all pay for it. A bunch of signs all over the store won't stop them but it sure would ugly up the store for the rest of us.

Please some one correct me if i am wrong and that is what i am actually trying to find out and that is i do belive that insertion fees and the picture fees are still costing the saler to re list finalization fees are credited back that's it the you re list and have to pay it if item is sold plus you pay for the first listing.
