One might call a gumbo a soup, but doing that is like calling a Rolls-Royce a thing to drive you from one place to another. Gumbos are the kings of soups, and there are as many varieties as there are Louisianians. I'll include a few gumbo recipes here among some other fabulous, classic Louisiana soups and soups from other cuisines that I've come across and loved. Thanks

I see that the amount owed went into the link for Dispute Console. What do they do? If something came up and the buyer can't pay, it's okay with me. I'll just cancel. Can I do that? Does ebay send the buyer an invoice for unpaid items? We just came back from the hospital, and Teddy DID have a heart attack! He knows the day that it happened in August, and thank God he had a 6 months check up or he still wouldn't have gone to the doctor. His tests show blockages, but they don't know how much, so tomorrow morning we have to go back to another hospital and have an angiogram. After that, they will decide if he will have to be placed on medicine, put a stent in or open heart surgery.
I'm still sort of shocked with this and so is Teddy. He broke out in a sweat a while ago, but I think this is his nerves. He said his chest didn't hurt him to use his nitro pills. He's scared and so am I. I know they do wonders with medical procedures today, but it's still scary.
Keep him in your prayers please.
I think I'll shut the store down for a few days.

The door bell rings! --- It's the UPS man. He has 9 boxes of BOOKS.....YEA...my books are in....and no one was interested in seeing even ONE .....*LOL* THE SAINTS were playing!!!!! AND they LOST----BIG TIME! My third book titled .. The Wizard of Swamp Alley came in WHILE the SAINTS were in the first quarter.
