Day 2 Grand Prize: Diva Dreams: 5-day/4-night vacation package for four (4) persons to Walt Disney World® Resort consisting of: Round-trip coach class air transportation for four (4) persons between the major United States or Canada gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence and Orlando International Airport; four (4) round-trip ground transfers between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World® Resort; room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (quad occupancy) for four (4) nights at a hotel at Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion, which must be used between January 8, 2007 and December 16, 2007 (subject to availability); private meet and greet for four (4) persons with certain ABC Soap Opera stars and VIP Guide for two (2) days for up to four (4) hours per day at the ABC Super Soap Weekend® Event scheduled for November 10 and 11, 2007 (if Grand Prize Winner does not redeem vacation package during these dates or if, for any reason, the ABC Super Soap Weekend® Event does not occur, Grand Prize Winner will not receive this portion of the vacation package and no additional compensation will be provided); one (1) spa treatment per person for up to four (4) persons at a Walt Disney World® spa selected by Disney in its sole discretion; four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; one (1) Disney Gift Card with a face value of five hundred dollars ($500) USD; and $1,700 USD awarded in the form of a check, which Grand Prize Winner can use toward the payment of any income tax incurred from the awarding of this prize. I cannot believe i won! I've never flown before, never traveled that far away from home, never been to florida, never been to the ocean, which i will simply HAVE To go see while i'm that close, and i've never been able to give my family something like this, and know that i probably would never be able to afford it...i mean, it's almost a $11,000 trip!!
Just wanted to Thank Disney and Bryan at eBay, and the folks at Strobe Promotions, (Myra)...you've all been a great help and really did make a family's dream come true.
Now that's we're a family of 6, We have won the grand prize of eBay Holiday Dreams Sweepstakes! BUT IT's only good for 4 people!! And with my husband missing almost a month of work, and now only working half his hours due to an injury,....we cannot afford to take the other 2 with us. Two kids will have to be left behind.... HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU CHOOSE? It's still going to be terribly hard,....our 15 year old daughter and our 15 year old niece both say they really don't want to go since it's going to cost so much...but you can tell they are just trying not to make us feel bad. My 8 year old son offered to give up his ticket to our niece because she's "new" to the family...even though after we won, he Literally did a happy dance for about 30 inutes and called EVERYONE we know to tell them...i cried when i found out....seriously...been dreaming about disneyworld since I was a kid, and never made it..now's my chance!! this is going to be torture!
