WELL Lets see...I always leave FB IMMEDIATLEY when buyers pay. UNTIL I received my 1st NEGATIVE after 700+ transactions yesterday.

BUYERS have a tendency to be less then honest as well as some sellers....SO THAT is why some sellers do not leave immediate FB....

Also FB is voluntary......

I give feedback as soon as the items are paid for. Others like to wait until they know that the customer has recieved the item and likes it.

Buy from me and I'll leave you some :)
Seriously though, some sellers feel that buyer's are more willing to contact to resolve an issue if they're waiting on fb.

I'm new and tried it both ways because I was not sure how I wanted to play it and I have found that ALL of the people that I left FB for right after the sale, haven't returned the favor so my number is lower than what it could have been. So now, I am waiting until they give me FB so that I can try to have some assurance that eventually I will have a good score. People want to buy from someone with a record, I can't get one otherwise....

because the transaction is not complete just because you paid.it is complete when your receive the item that you purchased. I do leave feedback right away but I can see where sellers that don't come from. its not just the sale that goes into the transaction, communication if there is a problem ect also goes with it

As a seller I leave feedback as soon as item is paid for. I also hope that the buyer leaves feedback for me so I know the item has arrived. Feedback from the buyer also let's me know how I am doing as a seller. All feedback is optional but it does help all who buy and sell to make better buying and selling decisions.

hmmm interesting debate.. i send a thank you to the buyer for the order after they pay, but i understand waiting til they get the item and enjoy my correct descriptions and fast shipping time
