I was thinking of reasons why the MMA has moved ahead of Boxing in popularity, I concluded that fans of boxing have become frustrated with the Business, and not the Sport, of Boxing and are turning to MMA as an alternative.  The level of competition is exceptional and raw. 

     There is a heavy weight bout taking place between Obama and McCain.  The winner will be crowned President of the United States.  And the loser will be, We  the People. 

     Both candidates are proving to be easily distracted and a little self-absorbed.  Is there any doubt?

    

  

   

 In some Indigenous Societies, and in some modern Religions, male members perform some type of Ritual to initiate them into Manhood so they may take on the resposibilities of Adulthood.  The question is:  At what point in the Modern Man's life he knows when to cross over into Adulthood and leave Childlish actiities behind?
