In September 2007, Provo Craft announced several new Cricut and Cuttlebug items.  In their efforts to finish the designs, manufacturing, and shipment to the US - some of the items have been delayed longer than originally expected.  There are many new Cuttlebug dies that have now started to arrive in their warehouse and will continue to over the next few weeks.  Many on-line retailers (e.g. Oh My Crafts, Inc.) have access to these items immediately when they are made available.  These same on-line retailers offer these items as a pre-order purchase to allow consumers to reserve the items they want and to be the first to get them.  This is within the eBay guidelines if the items are expected to be shipped within 30-days of the listing.  Buyers need to watch the listings carefully to know what items are in a pre-order status and how they will be shipped if combined with other items that are not on pre-order.  As a seller, it becomes very frustrating when the pre-order message is placed at the top of each listing - often in bold red letters - and then buyers email many times complaing that their order has not shipped.

On the more positive side - the new Cuttlebug dies are great and continue to be a hot item!
