Unless you've purchased an item that you can afford to write off. Up the postage and request insurance. It's worth the extra few $$ to you. Every parcel requires a customs form completed and with that comes a customs number you can use to track your parcel. When you purchase an item from o.s ask the seller for the customs number. Australia Post will want it if you're trying to find missing post. Keep copies of all your eBay correspondence until your item arrives safe, sound and as it was described by the seller. :) |
