It looks like eBay blog entries do not allow HTML.  If anyone knows how to insert a graphic or a link, let me know.

When inputing html, you have to check mark the box called "view source" then before you post go back and unmark it.
I hope I explained it right, but I think that is how it works.

Do what you did up there except follow these steps

click the box
paste the html
click the box again.
thats it.

Aha, yep. Thanks guys, I didn't realize that's how it worked. I could see the images and links that I had input (although eBay forbids the link I was trying to add; I got this message:

Some of your code has been removed from this entry because it is not allowed in eBay blogs.
