I have a question about an item.. not sure if I can list it please advise :)

Hey Everyone,
I am doing a consignment for someone and they gave me a night stick.  It's a wood one from back in the day and has a nice brass chain... billy club I guess I would call it.. I looked but did not see anything listed.. are they not able to be sold?  I will research it but wanted to get this other stuff on and was hoping one of you new before I started reading all the rules.  lol I'm being lazy.. well not lazy cause I'm busy.. but hoping that one of you had experience with it and could give me a heads up.  Thank you so much, have a great day!  Hope you all have rocking sales tonight!!

you want to be very careful with police-type items. check the prohibited items help pages very very carefully.

hey missbar. They are not allowed on ebay. At least that was the case a few years ago when I was trying to get one for a friend who collected them. I finally got one before it got snatched off, but every one I was watching got pulled by ebay. I think tha's dumb. You can use a baseball bat as a weapon if that's what you wanted to do.
