I just posted this original mixed media painting, I have a Yoga girls series ...this is my number 10th...

Om ? or Aum ?What is this ?  Well its a sound made the person as he/she seeks to empty their mind of clutter..and tune on to the divine sound of the Creator. It is practiced in yoga and meditation exercises...

I'm working on my custom pages in the ebay shop section ....it looks better now! I love to paint..Fairy, Angels, Mermaids, and Mystik women...I also added a new group...Yoga girls.  Girls in yoga positions, and Zen meditation..

Anglo/Hispanic :

My husband and I are Hispanic/Anglos.. we  were born, and lived in Puerto Rico , but also grew up in the USA too..  We have the best of two cultures mixed into a blend , I say like a milk/coffee brew.

Milk and pure coffee ... Once mixed ... can't be separated..again...

or learning to play a musical instrument will delay mental aging ..
