I spent all weekend getting the house  ship shape.  Made sure the lawn was mowed & the flower gardens weeded. The couple & their realtor arrived 1/2 hr late this morning. Came in the front door, in & out of the rooms, up & down the stairs, quick check of the back yard and away they went!  I later found out from a friend of mine who is also selling up the street that they are in from Arizona and don't really want to contend with Ohio weather!  HELLOOOO!!  Didn't they know my house was in OHIO when they made the appt??  I'm trying to stay positive abt  this...I did find more things to sell while I was cleaning this weekend :)  Now if I could just get motivated to list......

It's late and I'm going thru boxes and taking just one more  look around eBay!  And my daughter just walked thru the door! ...home from college for just a few days... and dragging 4 weeks worth of dirty clothes behind her!   What a great surprise !! (her, not the laundry :-)

I'm just barely getting over the Empty Nest syndrome...my two kids left for college last month. And now I have to go thru my precious collectibles for the move to the new apartment when our house sells.

 yes, yes I know....a lot of them have been packed away in the attic and in the basement for years....but I still love them !!  I realize I have way to much to move but I find myself getting ready to list something then changing my mind when a fond memory comes rushing back!

 I took a box of  Japan knick-knacks to the post office today... and that little imp on my left shoulder was tempting  me to make up an excuse, refund the buyer's money, & put my figurines back on the shelf. Thank goodness, good reasoning won out!   

I've experienced Buyer's Remorse ...but I'm wondering is there such a thing as Seller's Remorse?....cause I think I've got it!
