In the current financial climate when everyone is tightening their belts to cope with rising prices and decreasing wages, I have found that so called service providers (brokers) are getting desparate to get new customers. I, like many other people know of instances when people have been overcharged, missold, or have been sold what they do not require.

It was refreshing to deal with a company who did everything ethically and made good their promises. I stole their name as the title of the blogs as we should praise good company along with shaming shoddy ones.
