It was rather strange to get the winning bidder notification in dutch. I found a translation tool on altavistat that was very helpful in communications with the buyer.

Big ones! to really get orgainzed. Paper stuff in one section, glass in another, games, toys, pictures, cameras will all have their little place or box at least. Mostly though I just came on to buy. Then our account got highjacked and ebay wouldn't do anything about it and we drifted away for a long time. Then my husband went to an auction and won a huge box lot of stuff! there were only a couple items we wanted but had to take the whole thing. Our friend suggested we list the unwanted items on Ebay. We did and wow! the first week and first 10 items we listed we took a beating! ebay made more than we did! But not to be daunted I tried again learning from my mistakes and the next week was a lot better and the next week even better. The week we made more than we do on our pension was a shock. We are still learning but he's gone back to the auction again! A little safer than gambling but still a bit on the edge it's been fun and I hope we can continue to sell and have fun! |
