Well I got caught, it's not a surprise. It seems that today my friend Steve was on ebay looking and found this item, recognizing my moniker he sent me an email. He INSISTS on sending payment to you, so he is mailing you a money order for this, I forwarded him your address, you should get a money order in a few days, please let me know if and when it gets there and he will let me know when he gets the bottle, I'll leave you feedback.

I hoped I could surprise him....oh well, maybe next time.

My friend has not received this item yet.
I have not received any replies from you.
I have written you 3 or 4 times about this.
Are you going to send this item and/or respond to any of my emails?
It is now August 29th, this item was won by auction on the 13th, a money order was sent for payment before the 17th.
I am going to ask my friend for a scan of the money order receipt and it will be sent to eBay's grievance dept if you do not send this item/respond to this email post haste.

Sixth – Aug 29^th

This is your first time to reply, I've asked before in my emails if you had received the money order, you did not respond.
My friend has emailed me a copy of the receipt bought and mailed the 15th.
I'll email you a copy of it if you'll give me your email addy.
He said he will go to the bank tomorrow and get them to track it.

As you can see on the money order. I bought it on the 15th of Aug. I mailed it the same day. It has been 2 weeks. I can't understand the delay. I check the sellers feedback and they look like a pretty reliable seller. I don't know.

Money order #181706 issued from First National Bank, Liberal, Kansas on August 15, 2007, has NOT been cashed. The date of the report is 8-29-2007.
Now I am wondering if the letter has been lost in transit. I can purchase and issue another MO if we need to. I can stop payment on this one, but it costs me $8.00 to do so.
Let me know what to do.

Had you used paypal on this item as you have others, (I looked), all this could have been avoided.

My friend Steve sent this to me today.

I have copies of the money orders and the receipt and the tracking showing when and by whom the money order was signed for.

PLEASE RESPOND.

If they don't respond within 24 hours, we go to ebay with a complaint, okay?
I have put out $60.00 in two money orders, $19.00 in postage, and almost a month of headaches just because they won't communicate with us. That is bullshit.

Email from Steve, my friend who got the item, FINALLY!

Mike,

Guess what I received in the mail today?  A creamer bottle marked Dick's Dairy!!!

It was mailed September 6, from P.O. Box 7982, Citrus Heights, California.  I also got the signature card back from the overnight mail I sent.  According to the tracking info on the USPS web site, that package was delivered and signed for on Sept. 6, but a Lisa Frye signed the card and dated it Sept. 8.  I don't know what the hell is going on, but here is how I would suggest you leave feedback:

Neutral.  Item was (slowly) delivered as advertised, but seller ignored multiple requests for communication. Their only response was rude and unprofessional.  D grade.

Now the only question remaining is, will they return one of the money orders or will they cash them both?  This could be a very high priced little creamer!

Quite frankly, I am shocked I received anything.  I was expecting the worst.

Other than the one and ONLY response from lantysjet on Aug 29th, I have recieved no responses from him to this date.....
Ebay says it will be looked into, but as of yet, nothing has been done.
