Most Recent Posts Got my first negative feedback!!!!Posted Jun-05-08 16:18:53 PDT Updated Jun-05-08 16:21:45 PDT It's crazy... what more do people want? I had a listing on an awesome bouncer that had 4bidders and 7bids. I shipped it and sent emails on when it shipped, estimated delivery and tracking number. Nothing back from the buyer until....... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&item=200225223200 She emails me that she thought it moved around the floor and her husband agreed she paid too much and wanted a return. I replied by pointed out the description again in the listing so that way it wasn't something misleading it was just her assuming (which she did not email me at all). I told her that I didn't have a return policy but that I would take it back less shipping and listing fees - or she could relist it to auction on ebay herself but to let me know either way. OMG!! She went on about how the stickers and the mirror and how rude I was. She indicated that it was for her grandson's birthday which was June 1st and it was a day late. (I sent a couple of emails with all the shipping details and she could have emailed me since it took a couple days to ship and UPS was 1-6 days) So she leaves me this bad feedback and several emails on how rude I am and making fun of my 2 mistyped words I sent in an email to her. "CONFUSED IS SPELLED THIS WAY NOT CONFUSSED AS YOU SPELLED IT. I HAVE SOME EXTRA ENGLISH BOOKS THAT YOU MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN BUYING FROM ME. I WILL BE GLAD TO AUCTION THEM OFF ON EBAY SO YOU CAN STUDY. THANK YOU" -stylistdawn I offered to take it back w/o shipping and she wasn't happy. What could I have done more? I am just blown away with the child like behavior. It's so silly. If you think you over paid on an item why is that my fault when I'm not the one bidding and should I have given her a FULL refund? Maybe I should have taken a loss just to make her happy?
Is there a reason Y people do not leave feedback if U did?Posted Jun-03-08 17:28:47 PDT I don't know why it takes someone so long after they get the product to leave a feedback especially if I have already given them rave reviews. I guess I am just impatient!! or should I wait? and for how long? Garage sale or EBAY???Posted May-30-08 07:54:13 PDT So I have the day off and I am going through my kids clothes to sell for a garage sale. I've gone through my kitchen and bath items and so on. Is it worth it? I'm afraid I will be putting everything on line to sell which I really don't want to. There are sooo many clothes. What to do what to do. I guess I should get a movin!! when a buyer wants u 2 ship at another address??Posted May-29-08 13:48:45 PDT Ok... I am so new at this and I was just wondering is it okay if a buyer wants me to ship at another address? Should I worry? Do I go ahead and do it? If I don't, is that buyer going to leave a negative feedback? I'm not sure what to do. |
