Due to an admitted Ebay computer problem in February my credit card was incorrectly debited over $200 and for weeks now I have been wasting my time trying to get my money refunded. Despite numerous communications with Ebay via email and fax, they have eventually granted me an Ebay credit (VERY GENEROUS CONSIDERING IT'S MY MONEY THAT I'M PAYING INTEREST ON!!!!!!), not a refund or recredit of my credit card as I quite clearly requested. 

* Be warned check your invoices thoroughly and under no circumstances allow Ebay access to your bank or Credit Card accounts  -  I bet I'm not the only one to be overcharged?
