About Me  | Most Recent Posts A big thank you and apology to the winners of my last auctionsPosted Jul-06-06 19:21:45 PDT I just want to say thank you for the patience and understanding of the winners of my last set of auctions. I had changed internet providers recently and my previous provider shut off access to my email account, and it just happened to be the primary one for my paypal account. It was all my fault. It wreaked havoc with the payments for all of my auctions. Everyone paid supremely fast, but none of the payments could be cleared because it was processed through my old email address. I felt awful because of all the confusion it caused. After an email from one of the buyers, I quickly realized what had happened. A call to paypal support and everything was cleared up. Unfortunately, everyone had to cancel their previous payments and get new invoices. It made things terribly confusing and complicated, because of a mess up on my part. Everyone has been very understanding and gracious. And I cannot thank them enough. I am in your debt. I apologize for not making a more advanced notice, but I'm going to be out of town when my auctions end Sunday. But I will get everyone squared away the moment I get back Tuesday afternoon. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause anyone. But I promise to get everything taken care of as quickly as possible when I return. |
