Clockmaker Watchmaker Jeweler Lathe Courses on DVD. Course manuals included.

The first lathe course is for the beginner watchmaker, clockmaker, jeweler,  hobbyist or home machinist.  This course has no prerequisites.  You don't even need to own a lathe!  This course will teach you what is needed when buying a jewelers lathe.  How to recognize a good or bad lathe.  What is the right lathe for you.  Where to buy a jewelers lathe.  What you need in a lathe, and how each part should correctly function.  What parts and accessories you will need to get started.  You will learn how to maintain and care for your own lathe.  Complete disassembly, servicing, and reassembly of your lathe.  All this is included in the first segment of this course.

This beginner "Basics" jewelers lathe course consists of 2 volumes for a total of 4 DVD discs playable world wide.  Total course running time is 4.5 hours.

Need a more advanced lathe course?  The second course "Projects" is an approximate 4.5 hour long intermediate level course.  It is divided into 2 volumes for a total of 4 DVDs with an accompanying manual.  It is designed for the Clockmaker, Watchmaker or home machinist who may already own a jewelers lathe.  The course was designed to teach you in a user friendly way of doing things.  They may not be the only way, and there are variations, but what is taught will be very useful and stimulate thought to generate other possibilities.   

This intermediate level clockmaker watchmaker jewelers lathe course consists of 2 volumes for a total of 4 DVD discs playable world wide.  Total course running time is approximately 4.5 hours.
