Good Morning Ebayers! My 8 year old son Playstation 2 doesn't seem to be working. I put the disk in for it to play, but it not start to play.  I have put in numerous games on one particular game it mentions something about a memory card.  I purchased this before Christmas and it isn't covered by a warranty.  I guess maybe I should send it to Sony to have it repaired?  Should I buy a memory card or just sent it to Sony and let them fix it?   I have no idea how this Playstation stuff works! Ughh, lol  Do you know anything about a Playstation 2?

The memory card is used when you want to save a game to contimue where you left off.

Sell it on ebay (trust me, they will buy the broken ones too)

use the money towards getting a new one


and the memory card is only to save games that you are in the middle of


try cleaning out the plugs, maybe even finding replacement chords for them

after that there's not much ya can do, and I'm not sure what sony will do that would be much cheaper than

selling the old one and buying a new one.

yeah the slim design always gives me problems, like I can't get ANY of the GOD OF WAR games to work on it!



And it gets very hot


but, I've had it for a few years now and it still works.


Yeah don't sell it unless its really broke but I sold one here for almost $40 BROKEN! LOL

Don't know what they want with it, don't care :)
