Most Recent Posts Easter GreetingsDudes and Dudettes,I done scored some Brick-a-Brack.Posted Apr-06-07 09:25:29 PDT What a score!!! An aunt recently had to move. I guess she liked QVC. Anywho, she gave my parents dozens of these Nick-Nacks. Mostly Teddy Bears (brick-a-brack not real teadies). My parents had no room for them and gave them to me, knowing I was looking for stuff to sell on eBay. My problem is, I know NOTHING about collectible, porcelain like Teddy Bears (I collect turtles and Lara Croft Games). I am not up to doing the research they probably deserve. Fortunately a lot of people sell this kind of stuff here, so I can look at about what the going prices are. Kinda cool say what. Whadauallthink? Arrgg, it won't sell no more!!!Posted Mar-30-07 10:24:23 PDT What ya gonna do?!? I am trying to figure out what I am gonna do. It is one thing if something doesn't sell at all, but I find it more depressing when something sells well for a while then stalls. What do you do? Just keep relisting, give it a break (for how long?), just give up all together? The last one I don't think is good. I tend toward continued relistings but I don't know if that is the best option money wise. I mean I am not a BIG seller. For me eBay is my online yard sale. Though maybe I should start taking a look at all the other options available,(there are a lot of neat ones) but I don't want my listing price to cut deep into my hoped for profits. Wadda useguys tink? Albert W. Demello, III aka: Mr. Terapin Post Scriptum: Just a continuing comment (from my last entry( on the HTML automated coding used by eBay here in the blogs. I like the way they handled my colored Signature tag. They used a “Style” attribute with “color:rgb(nnn, nnn, nnn)”. Good going guys, maybe I will have to admit that you know what you are doing (maybe, sometime in the future). ;-) First EntryPosted Mar-27-07 11:41:16 PDT Hey y'all this is my first blog
entry, cool eh. Ok, the stuff: I am MrTerapin, also known as
Mr. Albert William Demello, III (DOB: 09/25/1964), I live in
Brookline NH {Hello New Hampshire!!!}. I am disabled with MS
(Multiple Sclerosis). Disabled is a weird label. I am
certainly able to do a lot, and I know many, so called, disabled
people who would seem to be in more dire straights than myself, and
they overcome. I hope to grow up to be like these people.
I am unable to work a "regular" job, but I am trying to
freelance program from home, and make some extra $$$ here on eBay.
Course it would help if I didn't spend so much here on eBay, there is some COOL stuff here. I
have to work on that. I do
web work, I love coding HTML {(X)HTML}by hand, yup no sissy WYSIWYG
for me, no siree. I saved a draft of this blog I have two children, both of them have Dentist appointments today. The youngest (Albert #4) has a problem with one of his front teeth. My daughter is having a “crowding” problem and is having six(6) teeth extracted, no fun. So there we go my first entry, maybe not the best, but it is my first, and I bet they get better. Have a good day. May God Bless and Keep You Always. |
