I won the bid for http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=320165240041&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=011 and asked the seller if I could pay by bank transfer. He replied saying he only accepts Paypal so I went ahead and paid with that. 2 weeks pass and no item arrives so I check the sellers Ebay profile and am surprised to see positive feedback for an item I had just bought! I put two and two together and realise that he had sold my item to someone else even though I had paid a higher price. I contact the seller but he does not respond or answer his phone. After filing a dispute through Paypal he finally gets in touch putting the blame on me saying that I didn't pay on time even though he received the cleared funds 5 days after I won the bid. He has said he will give me a refund after 5 days but that has now passed with nothing. Has anyone else had a similar problem and how and if did you ever get a refund?
